One of the project documents that may need to be updated is the product backlog, which is a prioritized list of features and requirements that the project team delivers in sprints. The product backlog is a dynamic document that can change as the project progresses and new information is discovered. Therefore, the project manager should facilitate the update of the product backlog to reflect the change request and ensure that the project team and the project sponsor are on the same page regarding the project scope and deliverables.
