This will also help the project manager to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project documentation throughout the project life cycle4. Conducting a document review, updating the project templates, and implementing a new change control policy are all important activities for managing project documentation, but they are not sufficient to ensure that the project documentation will fulfill the regulatory requirements.
