A numerical prioritization system, such as the MoSCoW method (Must have, Should have, Could have, Won't have) or the 100-point method, can help the team to focus on the most valuable features and avoid confusion and ambiguity. This also aligns with the agile value of "responding to change over following a plan", as the team can adjust the priority of the requirements based on the feedback and changes from the stakeholders.
