Explanation
A transition state diagram is a tool that helps the BA understand the changes needed to keep the majority of the stores open. A transition state diagram is a visual representation of the current state, the future state, and the intermediate states of a business process or a system. It shows the activities, events, triggers, and outcomes that occur in each state, as well as the transitions and dependencies between states. A transition state diagram can help the BA plan and manage the remodeling project by identifying the optimal sequence and timing of the phases, the risks and issues that may arise in each state, the impact of the changes on the stakeholders and the customers, and the measures to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency throughout the project.
