Explanation
In agile projects, the customer is an integral part of the project team and should be involved in the planning, execution, and review of each iteration. By educating the customer on the agile principles and practices, the project manager can ensure that the customer understands the value of frequent feedback, collaboration, and adaptation. By having the customer participate in daily standup meetings, the project manager can facilitate direct communication between the customer and the development team, and enable quick resolution of any issues or ambiguities regarding the requirements.
