However, the BA should also balance the level of detail and effort required for the analysis with the value and relevance of the information obtained. In this scenario, the stakeholder's request for an extremely detailed resolution to an issue may not be necessary or feasible at this stage, as it could consume a significant amount of the project resources and time. Therefore, the BA should explain to the stakeholder the rationale and implications of the request, and suggest a more appropriate level of detail that aligns with the project scope and objectives.
