When joining tables from multiple connections in Tableau, you can:
- Add a data source filter to limit the data from the combined connections.
- Create an extract to store the joined data in a Tableau format, improving performance and enabling offline access.
Creating a union is not supported across multiple connections, as unions require tables from the same connection. Similarly, stored procedures cannot be used across multiple connections.
