In a packed bubbles chart, Tableau automatically generates the sizes of the bubbles based on the data, and these sizes cannot be manually resized using the Marks card. The size of each bubble is determined by the value of the measure associated with it. Other chart types, like heat maps, density maps, and side-by-side circles, offer more control over individual mark sizing through the Marks card.
