The output of the control connection table indicates that all control connections are in a
"tear_down" state, and the error is shown as DISTLOC (disallowed due to location). This typically happens when the system IP is changed on the WAN Edge device, which disrupts the control connections.
To resolve this:
Revert the system IP to its previous value. The system IP acts as the device's unique identifier, and changing it can cause the SD-WAN controllers (vManage, vSmart, vBond) to reject the device.
Alternatively, clearing the control connections to reestablish them might also work once the correct system IP is configured.
