A full state backup of a Cisco UCS Manager database performs a complete binary dump of the database as a .bin file, not a .txz or a .sql file. A full state backup contains all of the configurations and all of the runtime states and statuses of the Cisco UCS domain, but not the passwords. A full state backup can be used to restore the Cisco UCS Manager database to the same or a different fabric interconnect, as long as the hardware configuration is identical.
