1 - From Azure IoT hub, create an IoT Edge device
2 - From an elevated PowerShell prompt, run the Deploy-IoTEdge cmdlet.
3 - From an elevated PowerShell prompt, run the Initialize-IoTEdge cmdlet
4 - Enter the IoT Edge device connection string.
