Policy definition is the process of creating a policy that specifies the traffic that you want to control. The policy definition includes the following elements:
The source and destination of the traffic.
The protocol and ports that the traffic uses.
The action that you want to take on the traffic.
Lists are used to group objects together. For example, you can create a list of all the servers that you want to protect with a firewall policy.
QoS map, policy-based routing, and route policy are not components of centralized policy deployment in vManage.
